 Most of us notice that computers play an important role in our life. Today we can not imagine a lot of our activities without computers. Thats why we can see that computers have a great effect on our life. Thanks to computers we are able to do many things which were unreal before. As a result of the use of computers we can see that, besides all other, the area of knowledge of modern people was considerably increased. Many new objects and new words entered in our everyday life, we learned to use the difficult computer programs and to keep our head before unusual terms. One of such interesting terms is RAID. RAID indicates redundant array of independent disks. Firstly it was called not independent but inexpensive disks because those disks were much cheaper than RAM-disks. RAID was created by several scientists from America many years ago.
